Ed Schwarz PSC Federation of Teachers Scholarship

The Ed Schwarz PSC Federation of Teachers Scholarship was established by the full-time faculty members of Prairie State College through their union, the Prairie State College Faculty Federation (Illinois Federation of Teachers Local 3816). It honors retired Professor of Communications Ed Schwarz, a long-time professor, speech team coach, former union president, and advocate for teaching and learning at PSC.
