The Three Sheeters Chicago Chapter
The Jay Marshall Memorial Scholarship is funded by the Chicago Chapter of the Three Sheeters, an entertainer’s organization whose roots reach back to vaudeville. The origin of the name comes from the old-time practice where traveling showmen posted handbills and signs to advertise their dates. The scholarship assists students pursuing theatre, speech, or another form of performance.
