The Three Sheeters

The Jay Marshall/Three Sheeters Endowed Scholarship is funded by the Chicago are chapter of the Three Sheeters, an entertainers’ organization whose roots reach back to vaudeville. The origin of the name comes from the old-time practice where traveling showmen posted handbills and signs to advertise their dates The scholarship assists students pursuing theatre, speech, or perhaps another form of performance. Members of the PSC Speech Team are eligible to apply.
