Family & Friends of Esta K Schneider

In honor of the late, Mrs. Esta K Schneider, Dr. Melvin Schneider and family established the Esta K. Schneider/Home Healthcare Worker scholarship to assist PSC students working in the Home Healthcare Worker field. When Mrs. Schneider was hospitalized, she was under the care of a healthcare worker who was a PSC alumna. Dr. Schneider was so impressed with the care and compassion provided by the worker that he wanted to start the first PSC scholarship that assists students in this non-credit program so that PSC could continue to provide training to aid students who are interested in caring for others who are home bound.
