Dr. Keith and Sandi Reich
In 1999, Rachel Reich, daughter of Dr. Keith and Sandi Reich, died at the age of 14 from Dysautonomia, a neurological disease. The scholarship was established in the memory of Rachel Reich to assist students with disabilities. Disabilities include visual and/or hearing impairment, motor difficulties, learning disabilities, mental or emotional disabiities, and other special needs.
